Jon Holloway, Futurist & CPO, Zuper

Jon has worked all over the world across multiple industries. From being a founder to running internal accelerators and innovation teams at global brands. Most recently Jon founded Zuper, a fintech startup that is taking on the global $50 Trillion retirement market, helping younger people take the power back over their money and investing in the world they want to create. 

Before founding Zuper Jon was the head of R/GA across Australia and working across Asia with brands like Google, Nike and Samsung. A global speaker and writer who is obsessed with the future and human behaviour.

Ruth Butler, E-commerce Development Partner, IRI

Ruth is responsible for the Clavis Insights e-commerce Intelligence Solution in Australia. She has been at IRI for 5 years in multiple roles, including Advanced Analytics Senior Consultant and Client Growth Delivered as a Team Leader. Through her various analytical and leadership roles, she has worked with some of the largest global FMCG companies.

Prior to IRI, Ruth worked as an Advanced Analytics Consultant with The Leading Edge and as a University Lecturer at the School of Economics, University College Cork, Ireland.

Tommy Drummond, VP Global Partnerships, Clavis Insight

Tommy is responsible for channel partners and works closely with IRI in Australia. He has been with Clavis Insight for the last 5 years in multiple senior leadership roles including enterprise sales, customer success and alliances. He has worked closely with many global CPG companies in the world including P&G, Nestle, GSK, Henkel, Philips and many more. 

Tommy previously had commercial and product roles for several technology companies including SAS, Informatica and IBM
